RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Return Policy:
Considering the specialized nature of aftermarket modifications, we strongly encourage customers to deliberate thoughtfully before making any purchases. A considerable portion of our inventory consists of custom-made items, meticulously tailored to individual specifications, potentially incurring return charges. Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, given their exclusive crafting for your order and absence from regular stock. In exceptional cases, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
We cannot process refunds or cancellations if you return a product without proof of purchase.
As much as we would like to help you, please read carefully following additional conditions to the return and exchange policy listed below:
- We will not provide a refund if it is a change of mind of an item.
- Following a 'No change-of-mind refunds on sale items'
- Following a 'No change-of-mind refunds after 2 business days'.
- If the product has been tampered, drilled and damaged, or if it arrives damaged during freight (in such cases, we will send a replacement).
- Cancellations is not possible once the product is in the freight process or even if freight is already processed but delayed due to logistical issues.
- Custom special orders, or custom-made to customers interests purchased from us are non-refundable. These items are catered to individuals from a made to order perspective.
- Refusing to pay freight for made-to-order products, or claiming a defect without proof of professional installation.
- Courier delays or issues with holding deposits and made-to-order items are beyond our control.
In light of ACCC Refunds & Returns Policy, we do not provide refunds for change of mind but will refund or exchange items with major problems including issues regarding safety product issues, large defects and differences from the description as per advertised. We will also provide refunds or exchanges for product failures.
For minor issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or offer a refund if not repaired promptly. Please retain proof of purchase for all returns and refund requests.
Exchange Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as the nautre of this industry given products could be made to order and customised, with reason you may be eligible for exchange within 2 business days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. This condition of exchange eligibility does not satisfy customised products or preordered products.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please note that additional return shipping costs will apply, and will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
