SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during peak demands or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate our customers' needs. custom and standard shipping is available for domestic orders, with estimated delivery times  gnerally of 5-7 business days within Australia. Some large products are made to order and could take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the product. International shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the location and type of order. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on volumentric of the items in your order, and calculated based on zoning areas dependent on the couriers costs as well as the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process upon entering your address before payment is completed. We do not intend to profit from deliveries and are pass through transparent costs upon cart check out.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information. This tracking information allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. You can use our website to track your delivery.

 

DELIVERY POLICY:

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout, the destination address, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we consider the delivery complete. If you have any concerns about the delivery status of your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Customs Tax and other Fees: International packages may be subject to customs fees in your country. Sequential Racing is not responsible for taxes or duty fees on the purchases product. Custom fees or charges may vary by different country import laws and therefore Sequential Racing is not liabile or able to determine these values.

If your item is held up in your country or held, the customer is responsible for all charges and fees, including return shipping, customs charges, and damages that was occured.
