BMW F8X FAQ

Which cars does F8X cover?

F8X is BMW's code for the 2014–2020 M3 and M4 (F80 M3 sedan, F82 M4 coupe, F83 M4 convertible) and the 2016–2021 F87 M2. The M2 Competition and M2 CS share the S55 engine with the M3 and M4, so most engine and exhaust parts fit all three.

Do S55 downpipes need a tune?

Yes. Downpipes change airflow, so the car needs a tune to run correctly. We can arrange ECU unlocks and tuning and fit the parts in one visit – see downpipe installation and exhaust installation.

Have a newer M3 or M4?
